They are caused by poor posture, sudden movement or osteoarthritis, and affect 75 to 80% of people at least once in their lives. Fortunately, there are quick and easy methods to relieve these pains. Here are some of them.
Self-massage
There is no one to massage you? Do it yourself as soon as you have some spare time in the day. To relieve your back pain, simply position your hands on the lumbar on each side of the spine and perform a slow friction movement, more or less pressed. After a few seconds, you will feel a warm sensation that will immediately relieve you.
Keep moving
Contrary to what one might think, complete rest is not recommended in the case of low back pain. Staying moving is the best way to recover quickly, but also to avoid a relapse. Continue your personal and professional activities by avoiding the movements that are the most painful, and you will quickly see an improvement.

Yoga
To relieve your back pain, yoga is the ideal activity. It will reduce the tension you have built up there and it will relax your spine. Some postures are preferred, including the downward facing dog posture (Adho Mukha Svanasana) or the child posture (Balâsana).
