1. Wake up early
Waking up early gives you plenty of time to complete any kind of work. It doesn’t mean you should immediately join the 5AM Club. Waking up between 6-7AM is the ideal time for beginners. Slowly you can shift it to 5 AM.
2. Don’t compromise on your health
Money can buy you luxury, but it is obviously not everything. The Dalai Lama said: Person sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he/she sacrifices money to recuperate his health. Don’t be that kind of person. Start caring about your health before it’s too late.
3. Priority matters
Before starting your day, you must know what to do next. Plan one day before and, as mentioned multiple times in other slides, prioritize from the most important tasks to the least important tasks. This gives you a clear blueprint for your entire day.

4. Know when to say no
You can’t keep everyone happy. Sometimes you have to make hard choices. You must know when to say no and when to say yes! Keep people in your life who understand your priorities and give you enough space to focus on work.
5. Every day is different
It is obviously not possible that you will have a fixed working time. Every day is different, so you have to prioritize things according to the day. You can work more on holidays and work less on normal days. Accept the fact that you will not be getting a similar amount of time every single time.
6. Find time for your family
Finding time for your family is very important. Because these are the people who care about you. There is no substitute for your family. Spend quality time with them. Know what they want from you. Because at the end of the day, you are working for them.
7. Find things you are grateful for
Be grateful for every single thing you have got. You may be living a dream life of millions. So realize its value. You can even maintain a grateful journal where you can write about the things you are grateful for today. This gives you satisfaction in your work and builds a feeling of compassion.
